These guidelines have been drawn up to help minimise the transmission of the virus at the Y.H.A.D in accordance with government guidelines.
- If you, your child or a member of your household/ class show symptoms of covid 19 you must inform us and you or your child must not attend class.
- All pupils must register and keep contact details up to date.
- Adults entering te hall must wear face coverings, these should be removed for class participation.
THE HALL

Halls will be cleaned regularly.
- Barres and high frequency touch surfaces will be cleaned between classes and windows will be open for maximum ventilation.
- Hand sanitiser will be placed at entrance and exits.
- Class numbers are restricted and social distancing in place following guidelines.
- Entry to the hall be at the front with pickup at the back.
- Parents and pupils should avoid gathering together at entrance and exits and maintain social distancing.
- Pupils and parents bringing children to class are responsible for themselves and to others to help reduce the spread of infection.
- Pupils should arrive 5 minutes before class and leave within 5 minutes at the end.
- Parents with young children can bring them upstairs. A face covering must be worn.
- There are no waiting facilities in the hall for parents before or during class.
- Pupils must arrive ready dressed for class including correct hair and shoes where possible.
- Belongings must be kept to a minimum.
- Uniform should be washed regularly.
- If required a pupil must bring their own named water bottle.
- Pupils should avoid using toilet facilities if possible.
- No food is allowed in the hall.
- All classes must be paid in advance by Bank Transfer. Cash only by prior arrangement in advance.
